3 Floyds makes delicious beers but everything else about them is detestable. Their owners/employees are the worst kinds of assholes, every customer that walks thru the doors is treated like they are a bother. My hatred for them is unrivaled...... But I'll still drink their beer because I have no will power. :lol:

I've gone to the 3 Floyd's Brew Pub once, and was treated fine. I guess they just don't appreciate gluttons like Hank Scorpio.

I know a guy that literally was an investor when they were just getting started. Even he gets treated poorly unless one of the specific brewmasters happen to see him there.

Yeah. The only place remotely close to where I frequent (home / work) that had it listed had already run out. Found some KBS through that site about a month ago.

Anyone spot any Venus bottles yet? Tried Mars and curious about the next one.

My New Hampshire guy sent me a box out of nowhere containing some Heady Topper and a few other Vermont beers I've never had before. Can't wait to dig in!

For anyone who likes Sculpin, know that Grapefruit Sculpin sixers are hitting Illinois. It's so damn good. Picked up a six pack today. There was only one left on the shelf, so scoop it up if you see it!

I dunno, while I'd love for Alpine to be more widely available, I've heard mixed reviews from people out west of the previous Green Flash runs of their beers. I can't say if that's a kneejerk big is bad reaction or not, but it kind of tempers my expectations about expanded distribution.

I finally got to try some Heady Topper. It met the hype.

It was nearly impossible to find some to take home though. Restaurants must be buying up everything.

I had asked Cardinal (now Garfield's) in Palatine when they're getting their shipment and they said call on Wednesday's to see. One Wednesday they said next week and then the next Wednesday they said they're sold out. Douchebag liars. I'm done with those pricks.

Yep, I swore off Cardinal a long time ago. Same goes for Mr. A's in Palatine. Both are close to me, but Cardinal always has old stock, and Mr. A's prices are outrageous.

you know last time i was at Kenwood, Delerium is 20$ for a 4 pack ?? it used to be around 14-15 which is insane enough as it is . i can't justify buying it more than once a year
