Now I see why Washington benched him midseason last year.........sucks that we have no secondary depth to do the same this year.

The problem is that the backups have the same skill set. Payne brought something different and it is a shame he got hurt. It would have been nice for him to get some seasoning so that they could come into next year with Manning and Payne at safety.
