Before I hear one more TV/Radio person tell me how much we miss T Jones and act as if Jones is in some way doing well this year, please WATCH a JETS Game! and Look at Jones stats this year!

I have watched 3 Jets games this year and Jones has been Terrible! Breaks no tackles, does not run hard and hardly carries the ball.

This does not mean Ced Benson is GREAT, but Benson has been running harder than Jones this year and Jones has done a boat load of NOTHING.

I told you guys this last year. Jones was average and only going to regress. I've been vindicated.

Jones looked terrible again today. Granted, the Jets don't have much in the way of a passing game to open things up, but Pennington > Griese, Coles > Berrian, and Cotchery > Muhammad. Plus, Jets O-line > Bears O-line. Jones has less of an excuse than Benson.

Sometimes, even the best move is less than optimal. That was the situation at running back last off-season.

Right. Jones sucking doesn't mean Benson is good. But I'll stand by my statement that Benson is better right now.

Once again, that doesn mean Benson is great. I thought he'd be better.

I am with you bigfan but you cannot deny that Jones' presence made Benson play harder. I see Benson as the kind of back that you can never allow to be comfortable in his position as the starter. If I were Lovie I would tell the media that he intends to give Peterson more carries next week.
