I thought SF was refined and this happens in Oakland.

Good idea to avoid fighting. If given the choice...

Some asshole starts pummeling you,the first thing is the shock of it all.

You need to recover from that shock instantly and at least try to punch back/defend yourself or run your ass off.

SF fans are the real hooligans of the Bay Area. Have been for some time.

It looks like the last punch from Frank Gore was a glancing blow or missed completely and then you see Kaepernick on the ground.

That's a new stadium but you can already see the filth accumulation on the floor. Definitely not the place to fight.

This one is better, though it happened on the road in AZ. Best part is when someone tries to choke the security guy.

Nice...looks like this poor bastard is now partially paralyzed...unbelievable, these 2 guys should be tortured for a solid 3 years then left in the ocean to die...

http://deadspin.com/victim-in-49ers-bat ... 1644266190

Quote:
The two men, 27-year-old Amador Rebollero and 34-year-old Dario Rebollero, who were videotaped brutally beating two other men in the Levis Stadium bathroom during last week's 49ers game were arraigned yesterday afternoon, and a few more details about the attack and its aftermath were revealed.

According to prosecutors, the victims were beaten for no reason after one of them tapped Amador Rebollero on the shoulder to inform him that one of the bathroom stalls had opened up. The guy who hit his head on the cement floor after being punched is in bad shape:

"These victims were beaten like animals," said [Deputy District Attorney Deborah] Hernandez. "One of the victims has suffered severe injuries. He has some bleeding to the brain. He has had to have partial skull removal to relieve some of that pressure. He is currently suffering some paralysis."
Both of the attackers, who are brothers, have extensive rap sheets, and are facing felony assault charges.

Both the Raiders and the Oakland Coliseum have become so bad that even scumbags won't associate with them anymore. They're down to a bunch of largely harmless leather daddies who tailgate in generic rubber Halloween masks.

I'm less likely to get punched in my own bathroom! Score another one for NFL fans who stay home!

I honestly have no idea why and/or how anyone goes to an NFL game. For as expensive as the tickets can be, they seem to attract a certain kind of fuckup who you'd think would be priced out. You read the "Why Your Team Sucks" pieces and to hear it from the teams' respective fans, every parking lot is a free-for-all profanity-filled warzone and every bathroom is a cesspool of both humanity and human waste. My guess is that by the end of this month, all the people on the hot new pool party deck in Jacksonville will just be straight-up fucking one another in open air.

It would probably help ticket sales.

Small sample size but I haven't had any issues tailgating games at Lambeau or FirstEnergy (Browns).

I think California (and Philly) is just a special brand of fucked up.

You are surprised that a sport based on large amounts of violence and trash talking, many whose players are criminals in their own right, attracts fans who are criminals that cause large amounts of violence and verbal abuse in the stands? Why?

It's nothing but the gladiator games of the Coliseum in Rome. The fans are the mob.

Specious reasoning.

Two words: Soccer. Hooliganism.

American football is not played in other countries. It's the closest thing to a contact sport there is. What else are they going to watch? Cricket?

Yep. I've tailgated at GB, Wash, Cincy, StL, and Chicago and have had zero problems. Hell, no one in Dallas said anything to me either, which surprised me. Probably because Robert was stomping a mud hole in their asses.
