I've never met this woman and I want to sucker punch her. I used to live in a condo with several people just like this. I would sooner move into the belly button of a giant than move into a situation like that again.

I spent a very very short amount of time living in a condo. HATED it. The day I was moving in, the downstairs neighbor called the management on me because of the amount of noise I was making. Said it sounded like elephants running around my unit. DUDE I WAS MOVING IN! Of course it's noisy! I was moving freaking all my furniture! And it was all done by 5pm too so what the fuck.

New neighbors just moved in, a few houses down, and they weren't parked legally, so you know who called the cops on them. They have been here five hours, and now they have two parking tickets.

The neighbor is a cunty Caller Bob, but the cops are just as much to blame in that case. They obviously know who this woman is, and they easily could have knocked on the new people's door and explained the parking rules and asked them to move their car.

My next door neighbor, the one who had his mail opened, asked the cops why they were ticketing these people who just moved in. They said that they have to write a ticket if it is called in. He is going to be calling the cops on her for any little thing from here on out. Our garbage collection is Thursday morning, and the city ordinance states that garbage cannot be placed on the curb before 6:00 PM, on the day before collection. She puts hers out early in the day on Wednesday. He is going to call the cops on her when she does. This could get very interesting.

The Cops still probably could have just issued a written complaint. Good for your neighbor though. I hope she either mellows out bigtime or gets what she deserves. There is also probably a similar code that says the trash cans have to be brought back in before a certain time so you could probably nail her on that too.

She put her garbage on the curb early this afternoon, so my neighbor called on her. They said if she does it again, he should call, and they will send out a Community Service Unit to write her a ticket.

They moved across town, and now rent out their house. My neighbor got into a pissing contest with her, for no reason. These things usually have a way of fixing themselves.

I haven't seen the cops write one parking ticket, since they left.
