They've added the Milwaukee show to their roadcase. Click on the arrow next to the first song, then arrows should appear for the rest.

Went to the Jeff Tweedy solo show last night. It was general admission at the Vic. He let the first thirty people in line pick a song, and that composed the setlist.

Set: Dawned On Me, Wishful Thinking, Not For the Season, The Community Song x 2, Message From Mid-Bar^, Art of Almost, New Madrid, Box Full of Letters, In a Future Age, Reservations, Born Alone, Passenger Side, Wait Up, Henry and the H-Bombs#, Thirteen&, Forget The Flowers, Sunloathe^, I Wish My Baby Was Born, At My Window Sad And Lonely, I’ll Fight, Standing O, Just A Kid, Gun, Pecan Pie, ELT, Airline To Heaven
Encore: A Shot in the Arm, Walken$, Dreamer In My Dreams

Notes: ^ – First time played, # – Mott the Hopple cover, & – Big Star cover, $ – Beginning of song was performed at the front of the stage without PA system

He would not play a couple songs (Black Eyed Peas and Van Halen) that were requested. Probably better he didn't play those bad songs. All in all, a good show, but I would much rather see Wilco. Lots of banter with the crowd, though. His comments on Whitney Houston were funny.

Taking the name of Van Halen in vain, are we?

Why don't you go lay in traffic, OK, pal?

THANKS.

Thanks. I will take your input into account next time I spend my money.

I spent $50 on my ticket. But, you know, never mind the show was a benefit to raise money for youth scholarships. Such a waste of money.

You know, I've been thinking "One Sunday Morning" just might be the best Wilco song. I'm not sure, but I don't feel awful about putting it out there.

This is very good news. They're not touring behind anything though, are they?

I saw they were playing up here in Milwaukee. Kind of a 20th anniversary tour from what I could gather.

I will not. Ended up getting tickets for two smaller shows the next few months in much smaller
venues. I'll be interested to get your take on the show, I just couldn't justify the ticket price
and didn't think I would enjoy the acoustics and vibe inside the Bradley Center.

I'm going to their Moline show this Friday, too. More excited about that, considering the venue only holds around 9,000 people. I'm hoping it's like the Council Bluffs 2003 show. That place was tiny as well.

I saw Page & Plant at the Bradley Center and it wasn't horrible or anything but when I think of seeing Pearl
Jam I think of seeing them outside. You going to get any show posters?

Probably won't buy any posters. Definitely not at the venue. It's a pain to make sure it doesn't get damaged. I'd rather be able to fully enjoy the show. If I like either print, I'll get it from the 10club later.

I had a pair of Moline tickets slip right through my hands when they went on sale via ticketmaster. I was just about done checking out when it prompted me for some password regarding my card "for security purposes" that I had never encountered on ticketmaster before. Meanwhile, the timer kept going. I found out later that this wasn't necessary- it was an attempt to up-sell some "service". I hope all of the ticketmaster's teeth fall out and hair grows in their stead.

Is Jeff Tweedy going to incorporate his emaciated-Michael-Cera-looking son into this thing somehow?

Don't they sell poster tubes at the merch table? Or you could bring your own.

A lot of venues don't allow you to take those in with you.

Last month Wilco revealed a rarities compilation that would include tracks culled from studio outtakes, B-sides and live recordings would soon be released. According to listings on iTunes and Amazon, the compilation is called Alpha Mike Foxtrot: Rare Tracks 1994 - 2014 and will be released next month.

The compilation is expected to be available in a variety of formats including a CD + MP3 bundle as well as vinyl via Wilco's former label, Nonesuch Records. The new release features a slew of live tracks such as a version of "Jesus, Etc." with special guest Andrew Bird and a cover of "I Shall Be Released" performed with Fleet Foxes. Go for it. I heard the Saturday night concert on the radio and they were just rolling.

I already have tickets for Thursday. GF is working tonight, so I'm just looking for something to do. They do vary up their setlists quite a bit at least.

I don't see a setlist posted for last night's show yet. After about ten songs, my buddy and I were debating leaving after the first set. I didn't really know many of the songs they had played, nor did most of the crowd, so it was a pretty dull vibe. Then they started playing more familiar songs, and everyone loosened up a bit. Glad I stayed. Hotel Arizona was the highlight for me. I always love the solo in Art of Almost (not played), but the HA solo absolutely blew me away. Literally just had my mouth open in awe for a good 30-45 seconds. Nels Cline went insane. Hoping someone puts it online. I can't find any similar versions. They ended on four acoustic songs. Last being Shot in the Arm. Great way to end it.

That sounds like a very boring way to end a show.
