I also have a legal question:

As a little league coach, I always assign snack duty to parents after each game throughout the season. There are even times when a family is assigned twice in a season. Have I opened myself up to liability.

Why not have kids bring their own snack, or setup a "concession stand" where all proceeds go towards the league?

It's your people. The napervillians and plainfieldians. First it was allergies which I get. My solution would be saying no snacks! If not then give us a list or something. Then people started bringing treat bags. Fucking crazies. Somebody must have complained or our coach is a goof because the latest email is healthy snacks only. Apples and stuff. Really? I'm bringing 12 apples to games now that kids probably won't really want nor is it necessary because they ain't gonna starve. Dumbest shit ever.

I give each kid a 20 and an airplane bottle of Tito's.

we just had a pop...one person was assigned to bring a case of pop, thats it
