When will Jimmy Fallon stop acting like a 12 year old girl?

I don't like Letterman. He is a bitter old man who still makes George Bush jokes 6 years later.

Jimmy Kimmel's humor really doesn't click. He thinks he is funnier than he is.

Conan has disappeared on TBS. Most of his guests are B & C listers.

The goofy,mumbling Scotsman after Letterman is just strange.

I like Seth Meyers as a host but his sketch comedy sucks.

and than there is this guy:

Fallon spends way too much time on sophomoric games with celebrities. Very dumb and childish but I guess it's working for now. I enjoy Fallon when he does his monologue and interacts with his sidekick (who is very good). The show drops after that.

I don't know why I watch anymore. It's just out of habit I guess.

acting like a 12 year girl is apparently the new standard of comedy now, though. i see it all over the place. i know catch phrases have always permeated sitcoms but they're all written AS catchphrases now.

I've always thought that Billy Crystal would make a great late night talk show host.

He would stay true to the old school benchmark and attract an audience of a more seasoned variety.

Yes, I am dating myself but there is an entire generation that is under represented in that market. Crystal would be fantastic

Agree with Pasta, his show is like a website for 16 year old girls.

Fallon has talent but just a case of a guy whould be part of the show and not THE SHOW.

This is a classic case of having to find A NAME first. Once again, it's just talking and asking questions that someone else wrote for you.

Yeah. For the life of me, I will never understand the appeal of these shows. This isn't 1975, we have more than 4 channels. There are probably 9,000 better things on at that time.

It's always the same "press", though. Always some dumbass 4-5 minute "viral" video that isn't funny or entertaining in even the slightest of ways.

I was talking more about online and magazine articles. He was on a lot of covers leading up to his show.

Colbert is very good at playing a character, but I don't think it will transfer well to a mainstream, non-political show without an "act."

Letterman gets pretty political, so I think Colbert won't be afraid to do so, even if he's not going to do the character anymore.

To be fair to jimmy, his post about liking Fallon was 8 months and another lifetime ago.

Like I said,I do enjoy his opening monologue but it's all the giggling and gushing during interviews and all this hashtag this,twitter that crap besides those childish games he does. He is a likable guy but he needs to "mature up" a little bit.

Also,I'm 56 but I do enjoy wearing copper wrist bands,comfy slippers,First Alert necklaces and soft foods.
