Ryan freaking Tannehill outplayed the highest paid player in the NFL today. A-Rod throws a TD pass on that last possession & gives his team a chance to win the game.
Sure this Bears team has a lot of problems, but the QB has to be able to lift his team & overcome adversity. Jay does neither consistently. I don't wish injury on any player, but if & when Jay goes down, I look forward to seeing what Claussen does. If he lights it up, it could be the beginning of the end for Jay.

Trestman had a terrible game, I agree... however, you can't simply say he "didn't call enough passes downfield." You have no idea if that is true. Cutler certainly didn't get the ball downfield or, when he did, he forced it. The near INT that Marshall broke up showed Jeffery wide open in the middle of the field. I don't see how you can continue to watch this guy and defend him. Everything is always everyone else's fault.

PS... I hate the WR screen calls, but they are also never in rhythm. Nothing ever looks "right," and I strongly believe that is largely due to QB play in this circumstance.
