True, but this wouldn't be dropping someone because they were bad (like Dale). This would be dropping someone so you could get one of the best managers in the world.

I used to be a huge Baseball & Cubs fan. I haven't watched a game in 10 years. If the Cubs hire Maddon I'm all in & back. This would be the biggest coaching hire in this city in many many years.

Is it 5 wins? As some say this is all a manager is good for....OK....he is just a manager, but he has done a really good job while he has been in a manager....and players seem to endorse his actions....I am OK with it.
