I like just about all animals. I had an iguana for 7 or 8 years. I bought it in high school. I think it liked me. I would wake up with it in my bed most days. I had a cage built but it spent most of the day outside the cage. When my first child was born I thought I was going to have to get rid of it because it was always climbing on something. Surprisingly when she came home it never went into the same room she was in until the day it died. I really liked my iguana but I wasn't going to risk my life trying to save it. A human life is more valuable than a pet in my world. Even Leash's life has more value.

I got a cat. He's a bit of a penis. But he's my guy. He's sitting with me right now watching hockey with election results during intermission. He sits with me whenever I'm home. Always hanging out with me. That's kind of cool.

I had two iguanas in college. They got big as hell and could leave a nasty ass welt on somebody if they whipped you with their tail.
They liked me, not so much anybody else.

Dogs are the best. Always have wanted a husky. That said, I can't stand dog poop. It makes me gag uncontrollably. So, no dog for me. I also don't think I can consider them a part of the family. I mean, my kid doesn't pee and poop on the floor. I may occasionally when I'm drunk, but I own the house so I can do that if I want.
