Poor people aren't my enemy. But when people choose to limit the place they can work but still be willing to take a check they are my enemy. Companies have to drug test now more than ever because of insurance liabilities. The state of Illinois just completed a ramp that links 294 to 57 when there's another ramp to get to 294 less than 5 miles away on 80. I'm going to guess that the cost of this is probably 20 times the cost it would take to drug test welfare recipients. This was a much more heinous act against tax payers than subjecting someone that is asking for free money to a drug test.
