Even the Rays, a dead team walking since day one because of their shitty dome and fair-weather fanbase, have been made to honor their lease. For all the shit Comiskey gets for being Not Wrigley, it's a thoroughly sufficient modern stadium with modern revenue streams, plentiful parking, and transit access in a world-class city.
