Yeah I don't think he's a bad guy or anything but they way overpaid for him . 4 million a year and he's on a pace to score 8 fucking goals.

Isn't this one of the teams that CH spent the last year trying to convince us that they were going to overtake the Hawks in the near future?

With the talent they have up front, they can definitely contend, but they need to rethink the construction of this team, by which I mean "get a fucking defense." What they did last year turned out to be just as much about dumb luck as it was about raw skill, but the raw skill is still very much there. And so is Jarome Iginla for the next three years for reasons I'm not entirely sure of.

Dallas, who also took the "lots of speedy forwards, a great goalie, and shit else" approach, is also feeling the crunch, partly because their great goalie hasn't been all that great.

No injury, sounds like Q just didn't want to play a rookie defenseman callup who's defensively suspect in a late/close road game. Fair enough, I guess, but you gotta have those guys log the tough minutes sooner or later.

What is the point of Joakim Nordstrom? What does he do other than be a guy who plays professional ice hockey? What a non-entity.
