What the hell was going on during the second half about Barkley? I thought these two liked him and his candor and tv etc. Terry rambles on and on about his Ferguson takes and seems to conclude that at least you know you get his true feelings when Chuckles talks. Danny felt all compelled to jump in and try to fight against Barkley's facts and make him to be the possible new uncle tom Cosby. Was weird.

I just listened to that. You're right, Danny basically just called him an uncle tom. I would love for them to have him on to discuss. But that will never happen.

It occurred to me on the way home today listening to B&B, Rongey, and Drinky that the show sounds exactly like if me and my friends were sitting around ripping on each other and busting each others balls....if none of us were funny.

Rongey was getting annoyed with Drinky. Drinky was making fart noises, as he's done in the past, during Rongey's updates that only Rongey could hear. Rongey brought it to Bernstein's attention hoping Bernstein would make drinky stop. (The B&B Show really is like a 1st grade classroom. )

Rongey thinks drinky is an idiot. No doubt in my mind.

I sent an email to the "show" suggesting that they have him on, but my name isn't Rudy so I'm sure it will be deleted before it's even read by anyone.

this makes me think of an old vintage onion headline that declared will smith to be "the one black guy that everyone at the water cooler can agree on"

so is there a running list of black people we can all agree on? we got barkley and will smith back before his kids started talking to the media. who else do we got?

btw the white guy that just about everyone black can agree on is eminem. i loved it when white rap fans would go out of their way to tell you how much they dislike him while the average black person i encountered was like "THAT DUDE CAN RAP!" (which naturally offsets that spanky sig quote about not liking white rappers)

I was listening to Boston sports talk radio last night, and DRINKY was being quoted as a "credible source" about the Yankees' potential signing of Jon Lester. The Boston guys said that drinky has to be taken seriously because he's been on the air since 2001.
