I dont know,but it should be addressed and speifically requested without violence taking away the focus of resolving what happened in these preceedings....or what didnt.

What I read the police union rep say was that he used a official trained takedown procedure and the choke hold was inadvertent to hold/keep him down?

The moral of the story is to never, ever attempt to deprive the Leviathan of its revenue.

It looked like a crime was committed. At the very least involuntary manslaughter. If I tried hard enough I could find several excuses to explain away the Trayvon and Mike Brown murders. I honestly can't see a reason why the grand jury didn't think that it was probable that a crime was committed. That's why I asked.

Removing race from it doesn't change anything. It has been proven that the police are above the law. When you can't even get an indictment for a homicide caught on video then we are going to have some major trust issues in this country.
