Seems like a good bet. The Bears will be losing by so much early that they probably wont even attempt a field goal all game. Saints will be scoring at will, and any field goals will probably come from a short distance.

Plus, the weather as you mentioned.

The longest kick he has nailed this year is 45 yards. I can't see him hitting from long distance with the quad injury, in the wind and rain.

There is a strong possibility that neither team even attempts such a long kick.
