what's funny is the dad is singing about how they are all dealing with their fame and how he's dealing with his kids growing up and it's all so hilarious and HELLA CUTE.

i imagine this guy was a wanna-be rock star in his younger days, became a dad and husband and now is making his family live vicariously through his dream. he clearly has talent if he is writing the lyrics and putting together the arrangements. but it's like--how can you be surprised by your "fame"? isn't that why you have all the high production values and obviously multiple takes to get things just right?

this family is ripe for daytime TV spots, like being guests on Ellen and I think he mentioned they were on the Chew or something. But by this time next year, there is no way they're famous anymore. either that or they up the ante and wind up getting a reality show on how to be a famous family...enticing the world to be like them.

I only watch it because the wife is hot.

Kudos to the husband for pimping his wife out on the internet for cash.

I don't hope these fuckers die in a plane crash or anything, but c'mon man.

You won't have a choice once Kim Jong Un finds that post you made about human rights in North Korea a couple years ago.

yeah, I just watched that "end of the year" video. She's hiding a lot with heavy clothes. Very suburban housewife when she puts on the workout clothes.

He is holding the guitar like he has no idea how to play it.

I didn't hate that one.

I don't know, no one is putting a gun to your head to watch. They find a nitch and it's helping themselves and family out...

Stuff like this only gains traction if a sizable portion of the audience finds it revolting, because its so cheesy or exploitive or whatever. It's reverse shock value marketing.

The smug ass dad reminds me of a guy I grew up with named Peter Krautwald. I never liked him either.
