No. No he didn't.

You say that like it's fact. But many disagree with you.

Well sorry. Let me say it like an the opinion that it is then.

No. No, I don't think he did.

(because he didn't)

He did though

The most embarassing thing about Bears fans is that some of them are still apologizing for Cutler like a beaten woman excusing their abusive boyfriend.

This seems like a completely normal talking point when discussing the performance of a QB on a football team

Are you ok? You are really passionate about this.

It's actually called an analogy and it's a good one.

Dont play the "chill dude" card. It doesnt suit you.

Are you drunk? Who said "chill dude"?

You're comparing fans of a QB with beaten women. And then saying it's a good analogy?
It's actually a terrible analogy. Cutler holds no power or control over me financially, physically, emotionally.......which are some the reasons why abused women stay with their abusers, no?

No, its actually a real good analogy. Most people would get it.

It's about low expectations and excusing behaviors that most people would walk away from.

You were playing the "you're really passionate" card as if im upset. That is the "chill dude" card. I figured you'd get that.

Im ok with you not liking the analogy.

Conns, Ill just ask you flat out if your hatred of Notre Dame and likely (understandable) hate of Jimmy Claussen is affecting your thoughts.

Ill accept your answer at face value.

I would very much like to watch that dance or her playing volleyball or eating a grapefruit or trying on some high heels or walking on me with those heels.

Im an ND fan too, and I never even liked Claussen. He's very hateable.

I hate ND but that has nothing to do with Clausen not being good. The bar has been set so low it is pathetic. It is like Celebrating a D on a test because your friends got Fs.

Where should the bar be set for a backup QB?

He was fine as a backup and kept them in a game against a great defense.

The reason to celebrate it is that we saw the Bears almost beat the current #2 team in the NFC with one of the worst QBs in recent NFL history and it is yet another example of how the Bears can survive without Cutler. Imagine even a serviceable guy instead of someone with the resume of Jimmy Clausen.

Slightly better than Jay Cutler.

Based off of one game he could potentially be an ok backup.

I do hate ND, but I am a fan of Nyles Morgan.
