Basically both George and Ted saying if the meeting happened, they weren't there. Meaning it didn't happen. The laughs were like Theo at Gordon Wittenmeyer.

But Hub earnestly suggesting that an NFL GM would willingly help another NFL team conduct its GM search is without question the most profoundly, deeply, self-evidently wrong thing I have ever heard in my life (and it came just a few minutes after Bernstein's claim that Jim Phillips is a "brilliant sports executive," so that's really saying something!).

I won't insult us all by belaboring exactly why this idea is so stupid; I'll just say that Hub apparently believes that Grigson is such a talented GM that he's qualified to hire his counterparts for other organizations.
