They're making a big deal out of the fact that Pace could "articulate a multi-year vision" for the Bears.

Couldn't just about anyone do this?


The question isn't whether or not Pace has a vision.

It's whether or not he can make the vision a reality by hiring the right people to fill key scouting and coaching positions.
