I'll add mine to the tally. Started at 152 with goal of 170. About 3 weeks ago I had the body of a 12 year old girl. That had to end...

well....that was just mean, hawkeye. i thought we were friends.

:P
no, but seriously...fuck you.
:)
if you're a 12 yr. old girl, then i'm probably in the 9-10 yr. old range.

just after i typed the above I decided to go weigh myself which hasn't been done since i started my new routine......
i weigh 137 lbs.

Damn dude that's pretty thin. Creatine and protein have been my friend so far. Plus the motivation of despising my wife which makes me want to work out 2 hrs a night...

Bulldog Scott checking in at 5'7" 190 right now, headed for 170. Right now, I would best describe myself as "very thick". I just got done with a 4 mile run. It starts now.

I like me just the way I am at 6'4" 195 (ding). Of course, as I'm typing this, I'm literally eating cookie dough right out of the package. I may be up to 200 by the end of this post.

thanks Rob. that's a good idea....
but, i think i'm gonna be this guy for the Hweenie.

Image

need a black wig and some scissors...

hawkeye: yeah. skinny...but the chest and arms look o.k. thanks to the pushups, incline, etc...
I, like the rest of men, have the weight go straight to the stomach.
my problem is i can't do sit-ups really. so, i have no idea how to get the abs back (pun). i can slim to all craziness with the cardio, and work the upper body fine.
just not sure what to do to "pack" the stomach without crunching.
any ideas?

Try this pilates site and see if you are able to do any of them. http://www.hermit.com/Michael%20Miller% ... rcises.htm

Bosu balls are expensive or an exercise ball might work too. They both require balance and engage the abs. Workouts in water and swimming would be good for you too.

So I weigh almost as much as hawkeye and more than Doug. That's fricking beautiful. :x

but doug nor hawkeye had another human being living inside them for 9 f the past 10 months. now, if its 2 years from now and you're still up there, then thats a reason to be unhappy. but not at this moment.

Here, Doug. Just follow this example and your stomach will be packed in no time.

Man that sounds like a lot of work. I'd rather eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's and watch the Miss Fitness America Contest or one of my many videos of Kiana Tom from ESPN2 from back in the day:

5'7", 150. If I ever made a lean 160, I'd be happy.

You underweight guys better be very careful. In my early 20's I always wanted to get to 185-190 lbs. Blew right through that range to about 203-205, screwed up an ankle shooting ball...and between 225-245 lb have I been for the last 15-16 yrs.
