naturally i know you mentioned it because it recently had the big hollywood cash-in in the wake of the post-hunger-games "teen fantasy adventure" craze, and of course hollywood is loathe to try anything that either hasn't been successfully done before or rides the coattails of something bankable at the moment, but still the source material for ender's game is old enough to look out of place on that list you rattled off.
