Trip And Fall Against gives up two goals in the first ten minutes, Hawks look sloppy in every aspect of the game. Another dominant season (season ends on Christmas).

EDIT: boy, we've given up on game threads the way the Hawks have given up on hockey. Fitting.

Yeah, I'm switching over to Panthers-Islanders. Unlike the Blackhawks, the Islanders try.

86:35 and counting on the scoring drought. doot doo-doo-doot doo-doo-doot doo-doo-doody-doody-doot

Is Minnesota a legit Cup contender? I guess a better way to put it, is there a chance they could beat the Hawks in a best of 7?

This game is half over.
If Minny holds on, it will be their first win over the Hawks in the last......7 games.

They're in seventh place. They're not even going to make the playoffs. But it's February, which means the Hawks could shit their pants against shakes and his friends.

I just hope our high-powered offense can score a single goal.

Toews and Kane just can't crack Devan Dubnyk.

Oh, look at that, the Perds just tied the game late. Thought we were going to get a break. Nope, there are no breaks when it comes to February and the Blackhawks. Hope they had a totes bitchin' time in Vegas tho!!!!!!!!!!!!!

43-23 in shots on goal? against the Wild? Jesus, we don't even have an NHL team anymore.

Blues won on a game-tying Tarasenko goal at 56:50 and a Jaden Schwartz overtime winner. Nashville won 4-3. Hawks keep tumbling behind. I'm sorry that they can't just play 48 games a year. That seems to be the only way they can give a fuck from wire to wire.

What's amazing about this year is that they only have two loser points. They're not even taking it to overtime/shootouts and losing. They just sit back and let their shit get pushed in night after night.

it's not a match up thing...the hawks are simply lost and playing really bad hockey. Nothing new here...same crap we've seen since December.

I seem to remember the same tenor of Blackhawks threads and performance this time last year and they were an overtime deflected goal against the eventual Cup champs away from reaching the Cup Finals . I mean hey, I know the season is over but let's embalm the body first before we bury it.

Defensive issues are obvious. Oduya is playing bad. Rozy is slow as fuck. Rundblad isn't good enough to be 2's pair.

Offensively, shooting percentage this month is drastically less than normal. It'll come back up.

Kings shit the bed last January and it seemed to work out okay for them.

Yes there are areas to concern and work on, but let's all take a deep breath.

I will no longer criticize Crow, Toews, or Q. Once you win a championship, nothing that happens subsequent is relevant.

Again, do the Blues plan to lose numerous players to injury right before the playoffs? I know Shattenkirk is going to be out for a while. Because the Blues losing everyone (and Seabrook concussing Backes on top of everything else) had as much to do with the Hawks getting a deflection away from the Final as any sort of magic switch-flipping that we seem to think Toews and Kane can do. The Blues were a superior team last regular season and a superior team this regular season. I don't think this is a good habit, but then again this is the final year of the window.

You mean its not the Ducks' year? or Sharks? Ill keep my eye out for how anyone is going to beat the big bad awesome Blues this year. They are the half season champs no doubt.
