I thought it was decent as well. Just watched it last night. The cameos where great.
Action was goon hardly any green screen the director was a former stunt man and Keanus as well so he knew how to use him well. Had a very Jon Woo feel to it.

Kill scenes were good, but come on! You killed my dog?? and stold my car! So I am now gonna take out 200 russian mobsters that are protecting you.

Lotsa cool angles and the hotel, etc, but thats was a ridiculous premise to write a movie around.

Couldnt get over the immense violence was over a dead dog and stolen car. I kept thinking "is this all there is?"

the dog dying scene was quite upsetting, especially cause I was watching it with my wife and she was tearing up during the scenes when the puppy was introduced. Needless to say the movie was immediately stopped and I started it back up again later on after she fell asleep.

Gotta say, it was a fun movie. Felt like a video game, even down to the part where no one seemed to die if you shot them in the body multiple times as everyone had to be finished off with a head shot.

Solid well worth it rental.

I understand the dog is the gift from the dead wife and there is that connection, but he did only have the dog for like a day! At least give me the good dog connection like in 'Sniper' with Wahlberg!

Would like to see a little more T and A is this type of flick, especially with that kind of VICE hotel.
