Where did he say that?

That's why I asked. He seems to be outraged by cheating in general. I believe most people don't believe all cheating or rule breaking is equal.

A friend recently reached out to play Trivia Crack. The dude is a fucking savant or something, and if I don't run the table in 1 or 2 rounds, he usually wins. You bet your ass I've been cheating. I fucking hate losing. Fuck that. It's on. Thank you, Google, and thank you Trivia Crack, for your ample time to answer/look up shit on the internet.

And for the record, Trivia Crack is really random regarding degree of difficulty. Hey, aholes, there's a difference between trivia and trivial. No one gives a shit how many points MJ scored in the gold medal game in 1992.

You freely admitted that you think cheating in certain situations is insignificant, did you not, dumbass?

You admitted you cheat too. Not sure what your point is.

I'm sure you were feeling guilty for weeks that time you went 5 MPH over the speed limit!

Well, you know enough about the subject to understand that all areas from which the participants come aren't equal in size and number of players. At its worst this is like going a couple miles over the speed limit. RR has explained that these kids have all been in the league for a long time. I'd feel differently if Darold Butler was driving around Chicago Heights and Dyer scouting sandlots for kids to put on his team.

And that is all well and good, but it is not right according to the standards set forth by Little League, so it would not be a fair game.

Cheating is wrong any and everytime in any situation. That's what I think. Spelled it out for you.
That is easy to say but my point is that you likely engage in "cheating" pretty often and don't really think much about it.

If all cheating is significant, then you must have a lot of things to be sorry for. For instance, I've jaywalked before, which is against the law, but I didn't find it to be a significant offense. You would have to think my offense was significant.

That's a good example, because I don't jaywalk (I'm being serious), and I can't stand motherfuckers like you who do.

I never said I was a saint and haven't cheated. But, I can tell you I cheat waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay less in my life than most of you scumbags from what it sounds like.

Now you're projecting cheating onto people because they think little league isnt a big deal?

That's unfair.

Someone can't understand the difference between cheating, and accepting cheating as ok.

I dont know who the someone in your post refers to but there is a difference between not caring one way or the other and accepting cheating

I dont think anyone on this board has said to just "let it go"

I guess I'm saying that. It may be important enough to the participants to make sure it doesn't happen again going forward. I can't understand how it could be important enough to anyone to worry about what has already happened.

I'm pretty close to this opinion. If you're swimming in the cesspool, don't be surprised when you get a mouthful of feces.

Well, they should definitely correct it going forward.

Thats not letting it go

We all accept cheating is ok in certain circumstances. Anyone who doesn't acknowledge that is lying to themselves. Some of us just accept it. Others need to say it to a priest and all of a sudden all is forgiven!

So your premise is contradicted by your last sentence.

I do feel guilty. I don't like feeling that way. So, I live my life where 99% of the time, I don't cheat. Simple as that. When I have a moment of weakness that 1% rest of the time and I do cheat, I feel shitty because it's wrong. Pretty easy to understand, if you ask me.

That's a good point. Maybe most or all of these kids played together when they were younger, within the proper boundaries at the time, and as years went by some of them moved--but wanted to stay on the same team with their friends. I agree that would be different than the manager scouting or recruiting ringers from other areas.

Let me get this straight. Going 5 MPH over the speed limit makes you feel guilty, and 99% of the time you don't go 5 MPH or more over the speed limit?

What if the better players that moved away were kept, and the lesser players were sent off without a spot on the team?

You're projecting your own view. I'm telling you that I don't think it's okay, so, no, we all don't accept cheating is okay in certain circumstances.

No one is guaranteed a spot on the Williamsport team. The lesser players play in the house league with everyone else. They have a fair chance to earn a spot on the Williamsport team. They just won't be able to beat out the coach's kid.
