It's hosted by George Lopez and they just gave a lifetime achievement award to Scooby Doo. I guess words can describe the awfulness.

Illinois Dock Dog champ...named WRIGLEY! 25 Ft 2 inch jump.....US CELL also Jumped but only got 12 feet, but the state added 10 feet to make the dog eligible.

Paris Hilton was a presenter and won an award for celebrity/pet selfie of the year. They stretched the word celebrity to it's limits for that award.
