He's not gona sue. That's just something he has to say to act like none of it is true. Even if one of the rumors is false, most of them probably aren't. Then his wife has to sit in the courtroom as Cheryl Scott takes the stand and admits to banging him.

But if he were to sue, it would most likely be filed against THE SCORE. More money to get from CBS than from Bernstein. Or it would be Bernstein and THE SCORE. He'd sue both.
