Closed in January, apparently...I was just going to try uploading a new script when I saw that there was no way to login anymore. Then I saw an announcement on their twitter account (with a link to their forums which don't exist any longer).

I joined in 2002 I believe...it was a pretty good place for aspiring short story/screenwriter/short filmmakers...at first it was just a review/upload site, then they added a forum years later. my last login was in 2012 i believe. kinda sucks though, the feedback and community was really nice.
