Baez really seems like the guy who best chance at being a bust. Its almost amazing how many times he swings and misses. Usually don't see that from a righty. Normally is the lefty sluggers who strikeout at a crazy rate.

The post is a bunch of double talk. It acknowledges that only 19% of all prospects ever play a major league game (and that includes the likes of Gordon Beckham and Kevin Orie) and makes the tacit assumption that the Cubs will outpace that number and at least some of their prospects will be awesome.
