Is having himself a spring. Late last season there was some reporting that indicated the Sox brass had him planned at 2B in 2015 and with how he's showed up so far this spring I cant imagine they'd abandon those plans now.

I have said a few times I'm not a huge Micah guy, I felt like his speed let him take advantage of bad fielding in the minors, but he's driving the ball pretty well. Either way, I think this is who the Sox want at second.

I want my 2B to be really fast at the very least. Playign Defense is a given and when you tell me the best part of your 2B is his defense (Gordo!) thats a bad player!

Micah has to bat 9th. You cant have automatic out batting after him creating the doomed great speed on 1st with 1 out. That forces the awkward Avi/Alexei righty back to back. Unless they want to bat Conor 6th and go Alexei/Flowers 7 and 8 respectively. In which case why not put Alexei 8th? He's always done better the lower in the order he's been. Shit, then you could do Avi-Conor-Flowers-Micah-Alexei and bat the guy 9th? But I mean talk about setting the table for Eaton/Melk/Abreu. Problem is Flowers kills a bunch of rallies batting 7.

Uh the premise is that he's having a good spring and was rumored 6 months ago to be the Sox guy at 2B so, like it or not (I much prefer Sanchez, btw) he's probably the Opening Day 2B. We talk about it here. Sports fans.

I think you have Avi batting too high. Granted he was out of place last year as the 3rd or cleanup hitter on this team, but Avi is the guy who really needs to take a major step forward this year.
