My Jack Haley story, my senior year of high school and I was eating dinner in Las Pamas in Highland Park just before the playoffs started back in 1996 and the only other person seating in the restaurant was Jack Haley in complete bulls gear wearing his "72-10 don't mean a thing without the ring" shirt. Friend I was eating dinner with hated him (He gets paid how much to sit at the end of the bench and make sure that Rodman is sober enough to make it to practice/games?). So my friend was going to go up to him and say something. Walked up and totally chickened out - basically got star struck and just said good luck in the playoffs or something like that. When our bill came, we were told he picked it up. Classy move.
