Going by the schedule on the right hand side-bar, they must gather questions til 6 pm and then at 6 pm, one of Carolla's minions starts answering the questions for Carolla.

Carolla's panties were in a bunch because of the Rotten Tomatoes score for Road Hard. Ace is convinced it's because of his political views, claiming that movie reviewers, with few exceptions, are liberal.

Carolla mentioned Dinesh D'Souza's movie and how its Rotten Tomatoes score was 0. Atchity claimed because it was due to it being a horrible movie. Ace claimed it was because D'Souza is a hardcore Republican.

It did get heated, but I thought it was really interesting podcasting. I hope Atchity isn't banished. I lean more toward Carolla's political views, but I found myself siding with Atchity during their discussion.

Zero Alison Rosen...so far.

Somebody should asked why he first told her it was cool for his guys to appear on her show and later told them they were forbidden. Kind of a bitch move since he's basically telling them what they are allowed to do on their own time.

I think the mistake was not cutting it off right away.

He's one of the funniest, if not THEE funniest off the cuff guys Ive ever listened to. He's just incredibly funny on his feet.

And I disagree with a ton of his opinions, but it's still funny

There is no question that some critics let their politics affect their critiques. If Atchity is denying that he's wrong.

But, on the other side, blaming the system is something Adam would be railing against and saying "your movie sucks, it's nobody else's fault"

I really enjoy Nick D's movie review segment, and all 3 of those guys lean right. I know Nick really liked Road Hard, and I don't remember if it was Erik or Colin, but one of them liked it, too.

I don't think it's so much Carolla's politics coloring others' opinions of him as it is he comes across like an asshole most of the time. Much to my delight, for what it's worth.

I'm with Bryan, he is one of the funniest ad libbers ever. I just wish he wasn't such a "do as I say, not as I do" hypocrite with his political leanings.

best thing i ever heard adam carolla say was way back in the 90s on an episode of loveline when some guy called in bellyaching that his chick left him for his now-ex-best-friend and after dr drew gave some psychobabble adam was like "i think you're looking at this all wrong.... see, you see it like your best friend is now with your woman, but in reality, you're just yet another guy who has banged his girlfriend."
