I believe so.

Chuck Bednarik played 58 minutes in 1960 NFL title game & made the game-saving tackle.

I don't want to bash a guy who just died, but Bednarik was a tool. He loved to rip the younger guys for their "antics", but there he was doing a voodoo dance over a guy who was convulsing and nearly swallowing his tongue.

That hit certainly affected Giff's quality of life afterward. Hell, he couldn't even remember which woman to stick his dick after awhile.

Well, he deserves it. Did you ever see the way he signed his autograph on that picture?

Does he draw a dick going into Gifford's mouth?

Just short of that. He liked to write smartass shit like "Sorry Frank" or "Hi Frank!" I saw him criticize Deion for some celebration on the field or some shit, well the worst thing Deion ever did on a football field was nowhere near as bad as dancing over a guy who was trying to swallow his own tongue. R.I.P. Chuck Bednarik.

The good news is that JORR isn't bashing a guy who just died.

How long ago was the Spada interview, BTW?

 Yeah, I bashed the guy plenty when he was alive though. It's not like I'm coming out of nowhere.

I'm guessing Gifford will be less than gracious. I don't even like Gifford, but come on. You make a living signing a picture where you were celebrating the fact that you nearly killed a guy and then you criticize today's players as "thugs" or "classless"?

I remember once Bednarik was on the radio here, not sure if it was the Score or 1000, but he was rather upset that Jeffrey Lurie wouldn't buy copies of his book to give to the players. I don't know if Chuck needed the money or really felt like today's players needed to read his book but it was sad and entertaining at the same time.

Yeah he seemed like a bitter prick when I saw him interviewed. The picture stuff was out of line. Probably would have been proud of killing someone.
