What was Dan's position when that previous CSN woman was fired for provocative youtubes?

Didnt Goff get fired for backing the wrong Salsa?
Bernstein isn't bullet proof.

This just isn't that big of a deal.

I think the fact that media sites are picking it up and Feder is calling him out on Twitter makes it a big deal.

It's pretty much as big as it gets for a local guy like Bernstein.

It always feels weird when you use the term "ain't"

It doesnt fit your persona. You're not an "ain't guy" in my world.

This just isn't that big of a deal. He objectified a woman on television. He was dumb to say it especially with how he puts on his Social Justice Warrior Hat on so often but this just isn't a fireable offense. If he had said the same thing about Fox News everyone would be like "Yeah, they do certainly put up a certain kind of girl there!".

You're not that dumb...well maybe.
How is someone on a message board saying something about a FOX News (boogie man) "kind of girl" even close to a journalist / CBS sports host talking specifically about the BOOBS of a fellow local journalists?

Nope. Just click "Tweets and replies." The default page is tweets only, so you don't see his "boobs" responses.

I think it would be nice if he had to drop twitter forever like Cowley did for a spell. It would seem fitting and it would kill him.

I'm saying that Dan Bernstein could have said the exact same thing about one of the Fox News girls and no one would have cared.

That seems like a low threshold. Everyone apologizes for everything now. Bernstein will be enjoying some no label wine and laughing by Monday.

Context matters.

If someone was discussing the Fox News girls work and Dan kept repeatedly bringing it back to her appearance, then yes, many would have cared.

I dont know where the Foxnews thing is coming from. You know Foxnews has a lot of fans too. Those people would be upset in your hypothetical anyway

Has he ever apologized for anything?

Id say if it's his first public apology, it's a big deal

And then it will be on his Google resume forever, also kind of a big deal

 Come on Dolphin... This has to be trolling. I hope for your sake it is. Dan did alot more then "admire the female form." He degraded her on a public forum for everyone to read. If any of us did that at our jobs, we would be fired or suspended. What makes Dan the exception?
