Wow, I just read a transcript of the apology. YOu guys waaaay undersold it.

This a clear cut loss

My tweet was childish, my tweet was crass and unnecessary and I'm sorry I dragged an innocent person into it who's doing a job and I made an observation I shouldn't have made, and it was childish and silly and stupid."

Later, he added: "My words are my responsibility and my words were stupid. And there's nobody else to blame for any difficulties that I might be going through because of my stupidity. It's entirely on me. And I own it. And I wish I would've had a second thought about sending it, and I'm learning my lesson about what is appropriate, what is inappropriate to say, and I feel bad about it."

Maybe with Goff and Terry talking in the background it comes off different but that seems like a sincere apology from a guy with his hat (mic) in hand.

Credit to Dan, that's a legit apology and he didnt put it on anyone else.
