I keep seeing that posted and I think you need to step off. If you can't see the difference in comments like that among friends who are in on the joke and what Dan said, you're out of your damn fool mind. And let me just say you miiiiiiight want to think twice before messing with someone who has a lot of legal connections or you miiiiiight get shook in court.

BTW, if you don't have a link to this supposed inappropriate comments then you need to logoff and STFU. OUT.

I wonder if One Step has seen a spike in donations from all of this great press the face of their charity is getting?

Actually I can't believe she even could get out of bed to write that brave, courageous response. it must have taken every ounce of her precious, fragile mindset to be able to get past that complete and utter violation she suffered at the hands of such a monster. bless her, bless her cause. she truly is #trailblazer. i can't believe she even survived.

You are a clown.

Where was the outrage over little danny and terry implying Cheryl Scott was a "pin cushion" ?
Lots of people have lawyers and I would look out if I were you.

What are you talking about? You've never heard Laurence talk about who could get it? Part of the reason I stopped listening to his show was because I do not like the way he talks about women.

She is a hero to us all, WZ, she is a survivor you aren't going to stop her from heroically firing back at BernSTINE.

We will give her the honor of pressing the big red button and firing the next salvo that will silence BernSTINE for good.

Hopefully she can sue him to help pay for her counseling and medication. She probably has PTSD now.

This reminds me of one of my favorite (top 5) episodes of The Simpsons where Homer was accused of sexually harassing the baby sitter and they made him out to be evil in the made for tv movie, played by Dennis Franz

I don't understand why you can't all sit back and enjoy this guy, not any guy, but this guy and his attendant history of indignation, being roundly castigated by the media based on a cursory reading of the facts.

It is pretty awesome, it's more awesome that this might not go away and that the real hammer may have yet to fall.

We are making sure of that when it does, it will be at a time and place of our choosing.

I thought this was well written by Telender. That last part is what set Boers off today.

Bernstein’s persona always has been that of the moral arbiter and verbally precise know-it-all who most enjoys laughing at people, not with them.

This is fine. Yet the nastiness he imparts to those who don’t measure up to his IQ often makes one cringe. You sense, at those moments, an anger within him that has nothing to do with conversation or communion, but everything to do with ego and a curious form of self-loathing.

People for Bernstein and Boers are often ‘‘good’’ or ‘‘bad,’’ depending on a code that only Bernstein knows and guards. (Boers, the onetime sports columnist, never has openly disagreed with his co-pilot.)

i think it's something he's had coming to him a long time...but this is pretty weak shit to nail him on. he has said way worse things and denigrated people a lot more than this.

how much fallout is expected though?

It's a sign of just how much the media types hate him and couldn't wait just couldn't wait to get their shot in on HIM for a change.
Like I said earlier, his bullshit has accelerated in 2015. The bullshit about GB Loud Voices, the Cutler bullshit, the Sharp bullshit and they hated it, took a shot or two here (particularly loved the Pat Boyle comments a few weeks ago). Once they had a chance to nail him on relatively petty bullshit, IE Bernsteining a victim, they took it. Now he's in the shoes of the people he's beaten, from callers to the residents of PA to Megan Glaros and it is lovely to watch the worm squirm a bit.
