Bryant at MLB when he is called up (in like 5 years), or Baez at AAA?

I say both will be well north of 30%, but can Javy keep the historic 40% pace he was on in the majors at AAA? Will Bryant, no slouch in the useless out department, step up to the plate and carry on Javy's proud legacy?

This thread isn't about the inevitable people's revolution, its about how many strikeouts overhyped Cubs prospects will have. Stay on topic! You'll know when were coming to take back the country, trust me.

Evading the question is not a good look. Good to see I'm picking up right where I left off last year exposing Cubs' fans irrational excitement for a bad team run by thieves.

It is possible Baez may have to go the Jose Abreu route and sacrifice all power in order to maintain a solid batting average.

Like when Abreu sacrificed all of his power to only hit 10 HR in June to maintain his .313 average totally the same got it.

Or that he only hit seven home runs the entire rest of the year (the same as Alexei Ramirez and Starlin Castro [who didn't even play in September]) And only has one in the homer-friendly desert air.

edit: Sadly, Jose Altuve was two HR behind Abreu in the second half.

Keep up the good work and I hope you get that Daily Show gig.
Screw the strikeouts. The fact that the evil Ricketts and his cabal of crackers hasn't redistributed their wealth to the effort challenged should be topic #1.
I have inside sources telling me the video board will be used to promote products that people have to pay money for. When will they stop!
I can't believe Ricketts allows his players to use gloves made from defenseless animals when they should be using hemp or at least cardboard.

He also bat over .400 in spring training. Are we looking at Abreu doing what's never been done since Ted Williams? Are we pretending Spring Training matters at all whatsoever?

He actually hit 11 HR (nearly double what you claim) in Jul/Aug/Sep and cracked 17 XBH in the month of July which happens to be the month he hit .374. NOPE NO POWER THERE JUST A SLUGGING % OF .667 AND AN ISO .293 FOR THE MONTH. Wanna here something funny about a .667 slug% and .293 ISO? They would both have led the majors in their respective categories had they been season totals. The guy you said had to sacrifice power for average actually outslugged the planet while simultaneously having an Ichiro-like batting average.

You're just defiantly being 100% wrong about everything.

I was going off of second-half splits. For all of the players mentioned.

So, apologies. Whenever the ASG was, he only had 7 HR after that.

Light hitting Abreu definitely had a good second half. He just isn't a very good home run hitter.

The key to effective trolling is to make your statement and get out, leaving the object of your work to deal with the wake. Jab and leave, jab and leave.

I think IMU was trying to warm me up for the seasom by grooving me an easy one. Don't worry bud, I don't need spring training.

Yea I mean leading the majors in slugging, no big deal. No power that Abreu I tell ya! What 'Most Dominant Starter in Chicago' title should I give to Baez?

He already has that title, doofus. And only 1 Cy Young? Guy is prepped for minimum 5 consecutive Cy Young awards.

Maybe 2, but with all the young arms coming up from the minors, that will be difficult. P.Johnson and C.J. Edwards good for at least 1 each and then Kyle"Mad Dog" Hendricks is good for a couple. Maybe they should just hand out two each year in the NL.

America... Why do you care?
You could concentrate on your team instead.
They're supposed to win more games anyway right? So why come here?

You came into my thread going on about why I should get a truck, why trucks are the best, blah blah married my cousin blah blah the hills have eyes. My thread was about finding a suitable replacement for a Mazda Miata. So why are you talking about trucks in a Miata thread? Why do you care? You could concentrate on your truck instead. Its supposed to have more utility anyways right? So why go there.

If we are all posting doesn't that make it OUR thread not YOUR thread.

There's nothing wrong with him posting about trucks in the Garage forum. There's nothing wrong me posting about the Cubs in the Cubs forum, even if IMU hijacked the thread into a bad Jose Abreu 'thought'.

I'm an angry little man no doubt. That's why I come in here and make these posts. But please, hate the player and not the game.
