Is there any financial advantage in 2021 to having Bryant spend the first two postseason games in AAA.

Because that would just be smart baseball.

Are they having some kind of Cub cruise or something. I imagine six night with the wild and wacky Len would be off the hook, bro.

Wouldnt the White Sox and their penchant for signing way past their prime former stars be more Branson-like?

The White Sox are like the Ferguson, Missouri of baseball.

I wouldn't know what a bronie vibe is. I barely know what a bronie is. And if I had to guess at the board's likeliest bronie, it would be Curious Hair or sinicalypse. Have to watch out for those savvy interweb veterans.

Jon Lester should be starting the wild card game to allow Jake to throw more in the next series. I know this isn't a popular opinion, but I think Lester can handle the Pirates and the pressure.

Jake Arrieta seems to be able to pitch once every three games...

I hear what you are saying, but if you think Lester can handle the pirates and the pressure, then he should be able to do the same when he faces the Cardinals. You have to pitch your best pitcher in an elimination game.

While the Sox are more like the worst part of Detroit.

Got to do whatever you've got to do to get past the WC game, then worry about the series after that.

Remember Lou saving Zambrano?
