um, without this deal they would have done nuclear weapons anyway. we stopped them a few times. were tired of that, so we offered to stop the sanctions if they can pass a few years of heavy inspections. it will buy us a few more times at least, and hopefully it actually creates a relationship with iran that the iranians dont want to break

i dont think the civilians hate us either. this is all about their government.
