He was the guy whose Rottweiler bit Elaine in Seinfeld. Remember him from a few other smaller roles as well in other programs.

He was excellent as Lastarza on NYPD Blue's first season. He was the internal affairs dude working with Janice. The first reason of that show ranks up there with all of the classics. Yes, Caruso became a walking punchline as his career progressed, but he ruled on Blue.
