Political expert Ted Nugent is once again spreading love on the planet.

Nugent spoke at the Lincoln Day Dinner of the Republican Party of Maricopa County, Arizona, last weekend, where he was introduced by the notorious Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

He told the crowd that military veterans are committing suicide because of President Obama: “Here’s your job, Republican Party. Twenty to 25 of those guys kill themselves every day, and they haven’t told you why and they haven’t told anybody else why but they told me why: because the commander-in-chief is the enemy.”

Interesting that this draft-avoider is saying this wearing fatigues, clothing he refused to wear when he didn’t want to serve in Vietnam.

Interesting that this draft-avoider packed (& then nibbled on) peanut butter he packed into his ass before the enlistment officers, but doesn't want to talk about that now.

Completely. But he's no longer on the line to serve, with no kids of his own to serve, and now is a dedicated chicken hawk with gold clusters.

I guess he thinks that loudly spewing the neo-con talking points, skirting the line to open bigotry and donating to private wounded warrior causes should remove the need to focus on that bit of his history.

It's Ted Nugent, are we really surprised or debating what he says and does. he is a media whore. True his following his basically a militia like crowd and those who might join some secret underground group, but he has a TV show, radio show and concerts....so, keep on keeping on.

I will wait until he films his christmas special with the Robertsons.

I don't remember Darkside shitting his pants everyday to avoid serving his country, and then becoming one of the loudest Chickenhawks on TV.

In fairness to Darkside, it wasn't quite everyday.

Amazing story and his sources are impeccably priceless. These suicides are done in secrecy and anonymity with Ted as their sole outlet. So why doesn't Ted step up and help out before they do their deed? I mean, how do they get through to Ted? There needs to be action and an investigation as to how and why Ted has become such a faulty conduit for suicides.

As much as I enjoy some of his older tunes, I refuse to listen to a word that comes out of his mouth.
