yes your post-game callers are idiots, but Jesus, be a professional and HOST your show with a little bit of patience and professionalism.

Instant turn the radio off.

Denied.

People who call into postgame shows are idiots, and deserve to be treated like idiots.

Used to enjoy Sox on Sox crime, but it got old and boring. Not really defending Rongey here, but he is doing the job of being in that position. While I always think Hood should have got the job, he didnt because of the fear he would be more truthful.

Absolutely. That's probably because he actually liked the White Sox and wasn't a neoliberal misanthropist.

Being a pissy, unprofessional twat seems to be a WSCR thing. Hosts on other stations seem to be able to handle it better, or at least have a little fun with it, and then move on to the next call.

WSCR seems to attract and/or breed put-upon drama queens.

#Truth. Rongey is a weird dude. If he 'De-Bernsteened' his act a little bit, he would certainly be more likable and probably be a pretty decent pre/post game host.

He is certainly an interesting follow on Facebook. Lots of meatballs there too, but he still comes off as being better than everybody else on FB Too.

Wills was one of us. When he fired on a caller it was because the caller deserved it not because he was acting as a company mouthpiece and blind defender of the Sox regardless of how stupid they may have been in a situation.

Did Rongey take this gig thinking Farmer would only last a couple of years? Is some of that attitude just resentment for not moving up yet?

Rongey is a declared long time Cardinal guy....even though he lives 2 blocks from Wrigley.

Similar to Bernstein and him being a Sox fan that lives off Addison.

Meatball callers are part of the job...you have to take the calls. Disagree and and be a white sox mouth piece all you want, but he went total Bernstein on him. It's bad radio and bad for the White Sox.

Just because you embrace, adopt, and mimic every condescending insult that Dan Bernstein throws out does not make you sound like a smart person.

No surprising though . Little kids often imitate their elders.

Bevington's winning percentage is better than Jim Leyland's.

Of course, dipshit Ozzie caused that whole thing by getting crazy over nothing. I can't wait to have him back as our manager!
