Been an offensive dud so far tonight, but there's still time. Alcantara looks lost up there. If we're going to play a 2nd basemen who strikes out then it might as well be Baez.

Yeah but hey we get to see Riggleman looking confused so there's that.

Riggleman getting a lot of camera time. I believe it was he who started the whole "Hello" phenomenon at the Score.

Really nice bounce back from Arrieta after giving up 3 runs. That type of perseverance is why he's the best in the Chicago.

The Cubs are very fortunate to have such a stud on their roster.

For as many times as I've seen him interviewed I didn't know Pappas won 209 games. Pretty solid mlb pitcher .

Desclafani is out there looking like Cy Young tonight. Few hard hit balls for the Cub this evening.

Funny you mention him. Earlier in the broadcast Kasper was laughing at Montero kicking Alcantara after the game winning hit last night, and all I could think was "thank goodness Izturis wasn't out there to celebrate with them."

For all you young posters out there, this is what we're referring to.

Isn't it amazing that Gregg is still in the league. And boom, as I type that, Castillo goes deep off him.

All I have to do to rekindle my hatred of Cubs fans is flip over to the game to see them boo an obvious strike call in April likes its Game 7 of the NLCS.

Two issues. One if your pitcher is ninth you don't have to PH. Second a PH should not strike out looking.

Couple of 100mph heaters later and there goes the rally. On to tomorrow.

Edited for spelling.

Great effort by the Cubs tonight to battle back and nearly beat the cockgobbler Chapman.

Arrieta is a bulldog. Infield defense didn't help him out much but he kept the Reds to 3 runs. Never gave up and spun a quality outing.

Castillo is such a weapon. Shit, he's the 3rd catcher on the Cubs but probably the 2nd best one in Chicago.

This team is really going places. They never give up and you can see the deadass effort of previous years are gone.

Basically calling Joe Maddon an idiot, I like it. I tuned in for the 9th just in time to catch the deadassiest of deadass efforts from Ross and Olt. Theo cant help but try and BUILD THE VALUE in Olt at the expense of the team, must suck to be in a constant state of winning trades instead of winning games.

Olt is just a placeholder for Babe Ruth. I'm sure one of these fanboys here can tell you exactly what day The Second Coming is eligible to be recalled.
