I'm done with Olt. Anytime they want to move on from him would be great. Looking into the future, I would like to see the top half of the lineup to look like: Fowler, Castro, Rizzo, Soler, and Bryant.

Probably Fowler, Soler, Rizzo, Bryant, Coghlan, Castro, Montero, SP, La Stella

Against RHP anyway.

I like:

S - Fowler
L - Rizzo
R - Soler
R - Bryant
L - Coughlan
R - Castro

Rizzo will be on base a lot for Soler and Bryant to bomb 2-run homers all day.

I fell asleep in the 7th. They almost came back, huh?

I like Rizzo batting 2nd.

Olt hasnt bothered me as much as Alcantara. Even his game winning hit would have been a groundout if the infield wasnt in

Bullpen continues to do the job. That is huge.

And yes, this team doesnt feel like its going to lose every time they get behind, which is nice.

Tonight's going to be a shootout as neither pitcher's pitching is as good as their hitting. There's going to be some bombs leaving the yard tonight.

You want to talk about "just enough" homers, Castillo's "homer" last nite is a fly out in every other MLB park.

Is that right? Does Wrigley have the smallest dimensions?

Stop picking on Franky. He can't help but himself.

I believe Wrigley is the shortest to the power alleys at 368'

Tar-jay field has em at 367 as if they specifically knew you would make this post and wanted to fuck you over :D

I cant find a site that lists all the power alleys, so not sure where Wrigley ranks.

White Sox fans now comping Jose to Welly.... how low do they have to stoop.

BTW Wrigley has the longest foul lines in all of baseball.

Just last night there were three shorter home runs than Castillo's 363 footer which would have been a homer in 19 other parks.

I'm thinking Rizzo homers tonight and we win the series.

I've always like the home jerseys without the names on the back. I wish the Cub would adopt that look permanently.

Good catch on the quote.

As for your chubby and in honor of RIZZO, "I'm very proud of ya."

Heart stopped there for a second. Thankfully Marquis has nothing on those fastballs anymore. Tough way to get an RBI though.
