Yes, felt it needed another thread....Baez got one, so Bryant should get one.

Still looking forward to ADD day and SCWARB day.

I will be there. I haven't kept a scorecard in twenty-five years, but I may today. I feel like one of the three kings going to see the baby Jesus.

I thought they were no the road, someone was saying that Theo always calls up prospects on the road.

We're all good then.

Feels like Mark Prior's first start. Which is a good reminder of how seemingly great things can go wrong.

Which Padre hitter do you think you will write down "E5" for?

The last time I kept score for a baseball game was May 6th, 1998. I was home sick from school and bored. I still have that 20k scorecard somewhere in a folder at my parent's house.

Don't worry. Bryant will be a star. You'll get the last laugh on Frank for that one.

Soler and Coghlan are tied at 2 with team HR lead.

Where do we think Bryant is sitting after the Pads series? 5?

They have a video board now JORR. You don't need to keep score.

I keep a scorecard for every game I go to .... go through at least two C.S. Peterson Scoremaster books a year. The board is nice but it doesn't keep track of each pitch by batter and I like to make notes for great plays or memorable moments....like the time Killebrew hit one off the light stand on top of the upper deck at Comiskey Park. I can still hear the clang or Wilbur Wood starting both ends of a double header.

I may buy one today at Wrigley .... may have to write Bryant in since I am sure they were printed before last night at 8:30.

I can't wait to tell someone else's grandkids that babe Ruth was basically the babe Bryant of his time.

I'm gonna be in wrigleyville again today so the sox hat will be out. I'd go dressed as Jesus but I don't wanna be accused of being too cheap to spring for a Bryant..... Is he #23? What # is he?

The best and most exciting sports are the ones where you have to entertain yourself by writing things down about it!

That someone was Theo. His entire statement on Bryant in spring training has shown to be lies.

It seems like less pitchers than ever make defensive plays. They defer mostly.

Since I was a kid it's bothered me when a fly ball his hit to the pitcher and he runs out of the way

I have never understood this really either, growing up the pitcher is usually one of the best athletes on the field, let him make the damn play.

Peter Gammons stated today that the Red Sox played two bunt defenses: one for Lester, where the 3B always took the play; the other for every other pitcher where the pitcher took it
