I have acreage in Michigan...the land I was hoping Whiting would have fracked by now; as it's leased to them via Western Land Services for purposes of fracking. Until the price of oil rebounds, it's only good for growing tomatoes and grapes and cash crops and hunting white tail and pheasant and rabbits and playing music really loud while shooting off fireworks and driving golf balls.

yeah, well, God can have it, if he can get the price of oil back up so I can cash out and bug out to someplace warm.
Whiting just started drilling the area last year, before the price collapsed and they stopped.

the sad thing is i wouldn't be surprised if there was one eventually, as it looks like from recent news reports that she might be pressed on criminal charges as well as losing her job at the vet clinic. i know the cool thing is to hate cats and all, but seriously, since we all remember how many people's shits were lost because of vick, i wonder if this chick would be alive today if she had done this to a dog.

I can somewhat understand the cat hate but I grew up with one most of my childhood. In fact I had 3 at one point when I was married the first time.
When the oldest one died we got a dog and then I realized what I was missing. Cats are just alright with me, they can certainly be good pets if that
is all your schedule allows.

I know feral cats are a huge problem in the Everglades, and the conservationist in me wants to see that problem addressed before it gets even worse, but I still wouldn't want people posting pictures of dead cats like trophies.
