I don't care how much of a badass you are or think you are, you play against those numbers and you're going down. Last guy I can remember trying that was Prince Fielder with the Dodgers. He didn't make it into LA's locker room, but if he did it wouldn't have ended well either.

5 games each for Sale and Shark? essentially one start...assuming no appeal ...which will be very interesting as I think 5 games = 1 start is fair, doing anything less is meaningless...just want to see if Joe Torre entering a new era of no BS appeals...or if he says...dont appeal it, thats why I ONLY gave you 5.

Maybe one of them appeals it just to switch off days served.

Shark had a decent outing last time out and I dont think he wants to lose any starts in this contract year.

5 games isn't really even missing a start if you care enough, it's getting it pushed back a day or 2.

but if you have 2 guys pushed back....screws up rotations...etc...and they both appealled , if Torre goes down to 4 games...lol....why have the job?
