The great Leary show was trying to talk about Forte tonight. Where he stands in Bears RB history and stats. So I started to poke around here: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/chi/

There is a ton of great info. Like really Forte may be the third best RB ever for the Bears. Or McMichael is 2nd behind Dent in sacks. Marshall is in top 10 all time rec yards. And by far in any measure Cutler is hands down the best QB no matter what you think of him.

You sound like Bernstein arguing for Cutler. I had this argument with them a while back. Jim McMahon was the best Chicago QB of all time. His passer rating is comparable to that of Cutler and of course he had a Superbowl ring and playoff victories. You don't need to look beyond what he did in the Miracle in Minnesota game to know he was best. Comes off the bench and immediately throws a 70 yrd. touchdown pass to Willie Gault first play.

For years we were Fed Bernsie's propaganda on Cutler, who's been forced to do a 180 and eat humble pie. It's now become almost the 'lost decade' with him under center and the Bears still don't get it. Trading 2 first rounders for Cutler had to have been the worst trade ever, apart from Ditka trade with the Saints for Ricky Williams.
