Cubs right the ship and take 2 of 3. Bryant swats 2 homers.

That is about the worst group of starters for a 3 game series you will see out of a team that believes they are competitive. When do the Cubs give up on Hendricks?

might even be able to get one to take on Danks' contract but yes, every GM would trade Wood, Hammel and Hendricks for Rodon

I agree but America's point was that the three Cubs aee not a bottom of the rotation for contender...

Danks and Noesi and Cy "F'in" Young do not make the Sox a contender... yuo can substitue Bob Fin Gibson or any one else but Danks and Noesi are "BRUTAL"

and Rodon in his first start goes against Cueto that is no easy task....

and what do yuo thnk every GN would give for Johnny and Hector.... a bag of balls?

John Danks can be traded but hasn't, which is annoying. He's probably worth a PTBNL.

Hector Noesi will soon be available through waivers, if one so desires his presence (America advises against this).

The Sox actually have a pitcher named Scott Carroll on the roster RIGHT NOW who is better than at least Noesi. Danks gets 7 K/9 and has a xFIP of 4.52. Bernstein loves to say "NOT MISSING ENOUGH BATS" when it comes to Danks but this year that's not true. An NL team will be stupid enough to trade for him I think.
